Our Obstacle Course has everything. It’s designed to be physically challenging but also loads of fun. Bounce your way through, up and over the inflatables while also tackling traditional army assault course challenges along with a few hilarious suprises added in.
As well as 500 feet of inflatables, you’ll find yourself clambering over obstacles scrambling under cargo nets and tip toeing through tyres. There’s even a 25 metre Slip n Slide and our 100 square metre Big Ball Foam Pool.
Suitable for beginners, novices and fitness enthusiasts alike, you can choose to put whatever you want in to the course as you go around.
After you reach the finish line be sure to relax and enjoy some great summer tunes, delicious BBQ and licensed bar. After all you’ll deserve a drink after all that hard work.
Kids Welcome. There will be Ice Cream, Face Painting, Bouncy Castles and more so bring the family.

No, you can certainly time yourself but our focus is on helping you have fun!
You can walk, skip or roll the course if you wish, as long as you are enjoying yourself that’s fine by us! If the obstacle looks too much for you then you are free to pass it by.
Yes, a team can be any size. You just need to enter everyone under one booking, however Wave Sizes/Start Times are limited so you may not all be able to start at the same time
Yes. There will be coffee, also a BBQ along with a licensed bar selling both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

No. All of our 5k events allow spectators FREE entry.
Chepstow – There is ample parking and it’s free
Pontypridd is in the town centre so you will need to use the town car parks. There are no cars allowed on site.
Yes, you can purchase an ticket on the day. All event day tickets are cash only and are subject to availability.
Yes. This can be done by registering as one booking and choosing the same start time.
There is no age requirement but participants must be at least 123 centimetres/48 inches to tackle these obstacles. Children under 11 must be accompanied through the course by a participating adult.
Yes, there will be music food and a bar and childrens activities available. Make a day of it.
Yes, spectators are welcome. Their view will depend on the venue layout but they will be able to see most of the action.
Yes, our chosen charities for our events are Cancer Research Wales and Air Ambulance Trust Wales. However, you can participate and raise money for your chosen charity too. Visit our Just Giving Events page – More info coming soon.
Yes, there is a manned bag drop at the event which can be used for a small charge. (All transactions are cash only on event days).
